As a Riverside Conservation Assistant, you will work alongside our Project Officers to support volunteers working to improve the River Aire.
Practical conservation days will make up around half of your working week. As an assistant leader at the events your role is to make sure that our volunteers enjoy themselves and support them as they learn new skills as part of our popular conservation programme:
The ideal candidate will have a love of the outdoors, willing to be by the river in all weathers and to share it with others. You will learn a range of skills from tree planting to footpath maintenance.
Bradford based.
£10.90 / hour
35 hour week
12 month contract
